tbh i saw that too ngl idk if we're really hurting bad enough on d for them to be making moves like this

tbh i kinda agree w u @Islanders88 me thinks we need something way bigger than a ryen healey for some future picks to really make an impact on our d man

yeah i think we're just spinning our wheels till they make a real roster move man, all these tiny trades dont change much imo

tbh i think we're just trying to clear roster spots for younger guys now man, all these depth players getting shipped out idk what our d looks like come sept but at least were getting smaller

I think @section301nyi might be onto something there. You're right, it's possible we're clearing out room for the younger kids coming up, and I'm alright with that if it means giving them a chance to show what they can do. Reminds me of the way the Islanders built their team back in the day, developing players through the system.
