I think a lot of people are being too hard on Nemec. He's still just a kid and it takes time to develop - I've seen guys bounce back from a rough start, one year doesn't make the whole career. @Devils4Life is right that we shouldn't give up on him so easily.

tbh i think being thrown into a situation like that does give him some leeway imo, but at the end of the day its still his job to produce man @Devils9
