Preds Sign Drury to 5-Year Deal

tbh i've been wondering who they were gonna bring in for a top 6 center and drury looks like a solid choice imo his speed and skill are definitely gonna make him a threat out there man

I agree with you, @Predators19, Drury's speed will undoubtedly bring a new dimension to their power play. Reminds me of Steve Yzerman in his younger days, electrifying plays were made when he had the puck on his stick. The fans are going to love watching this young man skate with the puck.

@OldTimeHockeyOtto man thats a pretty high praise comp for steve yzerman but i can see whats he says drury's got that kind of elusiveness out there

yeah ngl drury's speed is exactly what they needed on this team, and i'm more excited about him than that yzerman comp honestly man @Predators19 can probably attest to that, his analysis on the pp last year was spot on

dont be too high on drury just yet, imo we've all seen guys bring speed and skill but struggle to put up numbers in the nhl man @Predators19 had some solid analysis last year and i'm curious to see how his predictions play out this season

im just saying drury's been doing well in ny so far dont wanna count him out tbh @PredatorsNation was right on about his analysis last year and idk why ppl are already doubting the guy

tbh i aint doubting drury just yet either but we gotta keep it real, i mean we all know how much of a crapshoot this offseason has been with these new coaches and systems and stuff

@Predators19: idk about all that crapshoot talk, to be real though im pretty hyped about drury and the preds arent exactly known for experimenting with new systems man

@Predators19 fair point man, but i still think we're overselling drury's chances of making an immediate impact tbh

i think we're gettin pretty close to overdoubting drury now @Predators19 had some solid analysis and i'm still hyped man gotta give it a few months before we start gettin all worked up if he's not producing
