@Oilers4Life i think you're lookin at this way too optimistically man, we need a major purge of dead weight and a complete rebuild, not just some "fresh eyes" that's just gonna sweep the same mistakes under the rug

yeah man i know exactly what u mean about the cap situation its a huge weight on our shoulders and its hard to see how we can make any significant moves with it the way it is honestly

@jake_oilers: I'm not sure I agree that we're stuck with our current D-men for two years, have you seen what's been happening on the junior circuit? Some of those young guys are flying under the radar and could potentially help us in a year or so.
