tbh this is a sneaky solid deal for the sharks ngl they got a physical 23 yr old with some upside for cheap $$$ imo he's not gonna break the bank and can provide some energy on their 4th line

Zack Ostapchuk signed a four-year contract with the San Jose Sharks on Saturday with an average annual value of $2.35 million. The 23-year-old forward recorded seven points in 59 games this season and ranked third on San Jose with 140 hits. Ostapchuk, originally drafted by Ottawa in 2021, has 11 points in 122 career regular-season games between the Senators and Sharks.

yeah i agree with section7dal tbh 2.35 million is a steal for a kid who can hit and play some offense not a bad move by the sharks seems like they got a good value there imo
