man i feel u, lapierre brought energy off bench and now we gotta hope those draftees pan out idk how much stock u put in mid-round picks but maybe one of 'em turns into something legit

ngl mid-round picks are basically lottery tickets man, and one of 'em might hit a home run but it's all about the team that drafts well consistently, not just gets lucky once in awhile

idk about 'em being lottery tickets, pittsburghs track record with drafting is pretty solid man

@DetroitTom: actually, according to ESPN, Pittsburgh has averaged only the 14th-most successful draft over the past decade, so I'd say their track record with drafting isn't as solid as you make it out to be.

i think we're getting a little too optimistic about our drafting here @DetroitTom's got some numbers that don't lie, we ain't exactly crushing it in the draft department

we cant be too harsh on ourselves draft wise, we've had some gems like mcginley and clague ngl it's all about finding that one hidden gem man

yeah totally agree with that @ryan_penguins mcginley's been huge for us and clague showed some promise before getting hurt imo those are exactly what we need more of

@ryan_penguins yeah clague got hurt and that really stunted his development tbh i still think we're gonna regret letting him go when he's all healthy and stuff man

idk man clague's silky smooth skating is gonna be a distant memory if we're stuck with that trash 4th line again this season lol
