PIT Acquires Draft Picks for Lapierre

ngl people were saying he was a one-trick horse tbh i dont think its the worst thing in the world to move on from him now

yea but one trick horse dont recieve the same amount of love as lucas raymond got crapped on last year... i think thats kinda harsh on lapierre

i agree lucas raymond got way too much hate last year but lapierre was actually alot more frustrating with the puck on his sticks then ppl are giving him credit for dont think its a great move to trade him but i get why they did it

i think lucas raymond got way more flak than he deserved but lapierre's always been our version of a 'hype pick' that never panned out imo

yeah imo lapierre was always a "what if" guy tbh i mean hes been around for ages and we still dont know what he's capable of honestly

i agree @section7pit lapierre just didnt pan out like we all hoped he would, but i think theyre trying to look towards the future and rebuild around some of those young guys man

i actually think they shouldve benched him months ago @Penguins17 i mean we all wanted a different outcome but at least we got some decent draft picks out of it man
