canadiens make some actual moves finally

willard did nothing for us tbh, maybe now we can get some actual offense on the wings

ngl i think its too early to expect major changes on the wings already, they gotta get some scoring depth first man

willard wasnt exactly lighting it up, but they also traded way more talented guys last offseason and its gotten worse, not better man

yeah but its not like we lost montembeault or anything imo, at least willard wasnt gonna be making 5 mil to sit on the bench

imo that's half the problem right there, a good d corps is built from the ground up and we're just patching over the cracks with free agents ngl we need to go harder in the draft and develop some kids first man

@CanadiensLoyal yeah thats been my gripe for years, all those 1st round picks weve squandered on 'safe' dmen

tbh i think we've been too busy trying to 'fix' the present to think about the future and rebuilding from the ground up man, its a cycle that never ends honestly

tbh i think you're being too harsh on the past mgmt, we've got some solid pieces like romenski and allen imo @CanadiensLoyal should be building around those guys, they can't just start from scratch now man

ive been sayin thats its tough to build a winning team wen u gotta patch up ur dcore with free agents, romenski and allen r nice but we need depth and some actual talent man @CanadiensLoyal i think you're missin the mark by a landslide, those 2 guys will never be our top pairing, its power
