Red Wings Still Looking for Larkin Trade Partner

The Detroit Red Wings and Dylan Larkin remain unable to agree on a trade after months of negotiations. Teams on Larkin's ten-team list have shown little interest or ability to acquire him, while the Red Wings are reportedly seeking offers from six to eight additional teams outside that list. The situation is complicated by Larkin's contract value versus his on-ice performance and the team's potential need to maximize returns for other players like Simon Edvinsson.
