Red Wings select six players on second day of 2026 NHL Entry Draft
The Detroit Red Wings selected six players on the second day of the 2026 NHL Entry Draft in Buffalo, choosing four forwards, one defenseman, and one goaltender across rounds two through seven. The selections included left wing Victor Plante (47th overall), goaltender Michal Orsulak (79th overall), center Adam Levac (108th overall), center Beckham Edwards (143rd overall), left wing Luka Arkko (175th overall), and defenseman Myles Brosnan (196th overall). Plante, a 5-foot-10, 165-pound forward from the U.S. National Team Development Program, had recorded 48 points in 57 games with the NTDP's under-18 squad and is committed to the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
