Lapierre's underlying numbers last year weren't terrible, but he's still a long shot to be an NHL regular - 43.2% expected shooting percentage vs 45.9% actual, that's a big drop off when you're counting on offense from the fourth line, no need to overpay for that kind of production @joe_capitals
