idk man i think ppl are overreacting, babcock coached the oilers to a cup run remember that? we know he can do more than tank a team lol

lol yeah babcock definitely knows how to get guys playing hard for him, but i think we can all agree that the cleveland thing is a pretty big red flag, cant imagine he changes his ways now

@jake_oilers yeah i think that cup run in 2006 was like 15 yrs ago man lol, dont get me wrong i liked what he did here back then but ngl babcock's track record since has been pretty meh

yeah i think thats fair @Oilers17, babcock's been outta the game for a bit, hard to tell if he'll be as hungry this time around, @jake_oilers had a good point about that cup run too man

@jake_oilers had a good point about that cup run too man, its one thing to get into the playoffs but babcock's track record since then hasnt been super convincing tbh

yeah i think babcock's gonna struggle w/ this current Oilers core too man, theyre a whole different animal than the one he coached back in '06
