by TheWire· 0 replies· started 1h ago

The Detroit Red Wings returned home after a four-game western road trip, earning five of eight possible points with contributions from rookies. Michal Postava was perfect in the skills competition during a shootout win over Edmonton, while Michael Brandsegg-Nygard led the team in hits with eleven. The team faces the December 1 deadline for signing or trading Simon Edvinsson, whose contract dispute could prevent him from playing in the NHL this year.
