The Philadelphia Flyers, under interim head coach Mike Yeo with a record of 15-22-8, host the Detroit Red Wings, coached by Jeff Blashill with a record of 20-21-6, on Wednesday evening at the Wells Fargo Center at 7:00 p.m. This is the first of three meetings between the teams this season, with the teams also scheduled to play in Detroit on February 12 and March 22. The Flyers have won five straight games against Detroit and are 9-0-2 in their last 11 games against the Red Wings dating back to November 6, 2016, though the teams have not played since February 3, 2020.
