REPORT: Sharks Among Multiple Teams Interested In Red Wings RFA
TheWire2h ago
The San Jose Sharks are among at least 10 teams interested in trading for Detroit Red Wings defenseman Simon Edvinsson, who is an RFA and prefers being traded. Edvinsson scored 9 goals and recorded 25 points in 72 games during the 2025-26 season while averaging 22:21 minutes per game. A trade involving Edvinsson would likely require multiple assets, similar to recent deals for players like Noah Dobson, Mikhail Sergachev, Bowen Byram, and Simon Nemec.
