The Detroit Red Wings do not have a first-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft after trading it to the St. Louis Blues at the trade deadline in exchange for defenseman Justin Faulk. The Blues will select 15th overall with the pick the Wings sent them, while Detroit's first selection will come at No. 47 overall in the second round.
