I tend to agree with that, BruinsEnjoyer, Pastrnak's ice time is valuable and if Gauseau's presence was stifling his opportunities then moving him makes sense. @BruinFan42 might have some insights on the trade from a cap perspective as well.

yeah pastrnak's ice time is huge for us and i think people were freaking out over nothing tbh his actual numbers weren't even that bad man

tbh i think people were freaking out because we were losing him for nothing and now we dont even get a decent prospect in return

ngl i get why we're all upset but @Bruins19 imo it's better than sticking around and being a 3rd liner honestly man our cap needs a break too
