NHL On Tap: Robertson out to help Stars sparkle in opener against Blues
The Dallas Stars and St. Louis Blues open their seasons in a Central Division matchup at American Airlines Center. Jason Robertson, who led Dallas in scoring last season, returns after signing a one-year, $12 million contract. The Detroit Red Wings begin their season against the New York Rangers without forward Dylan Larkin, who is out for two games with an upper-body injury. Alex Ovechkin starts his 22nd NHL season with the Washington Capitals and is the all-time leading goal-scorer with 929 goals.
