soderblom for nothing

Kid, I've seen some questionable trades in my time, but I don't think we gave up too much for Soderblom. He's a promising young player and we need all the skill we can get on our blue line. Giving up one prospect for another ain't no big deal to me.

I disagree with you there, Gordie. One prospect for Soderblom? We'll see if he pans out but I'm not convinced yet - these kids come and go like wisps of fog on the lake shore. Reminds me of that one time...

We're stuck in 10th place because we've been hemorrhaging high-danger chances all season, not because of our trade history. Our underlying numbers just aren't there yet, despite some decent finishes from individual players.

Last season was anomaly, cap math didn't change.
