Samuelsson returns to practice, could play in Sabres’ opener

Samuelsson participated in Wednesday's practice after being sidelined with a lower-body injury sustained eight days prior. He is hopeful to play in the season opener against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Coach Lindy Ruff indicated Samuelsson could be an option for the game.
