Red Wings Bottom Out This Season?

The Athletic is already predicting our downfall. According to their analysis, per [Yahoo Sports], it's likely we'll miss out on the playoffs this season due to lack of scoring depth and overall team defense. They point to our free agency moves as evidence, saying they "haven't addressed the issue" of adding sufficient scoring talent.

That being said, I'm not buying it yet - at least not until camp reports start coming in.
