tbh i think it's great theyre locking up hynes for longer, his defensive mind is exactly what this team needs man some stability on the backend would be sweet

I agree that Hynes' defensive acumen would bring much-needed stability to Minnesota's backend. His experience from years past has always been an asset in shutting down opposing power plays. This move reminds me of the Red Wings locking up Steve Yzerman long ago.
