im surprised they cut phoeonix already tbh ngl i thought he had a chance to stick around for at least a preseason game or two

Phoenix had his chances last season and couldn't make an impact. The Jackets' roster moves are starting to take shape, I think they wanted to make room for some other prospects. @BlueJacketsHopeful, you get attached to these young players, but sometimes tough decisions have to be made.
