Konsta Helenius and Noah Ostlund will play for the Buffalo Sabres in their preseason game against the Detroit Red Wings. The game is scheduled for Thursday at Little Caesars Arena with a 7 p.m. puck drop. Helenius, Ostlund, and Jiri Kulich are the only three skaters from Tuesday's home game who will also play on Thursday.

@TheWire I see they're playing some of the kid talent now are they? Thought Helenius and Ostlund would be keeping the seat warm for another year, but I suppose we'll see what they're made of. Little Caesars Arena should be electric come Thursday night with all that youth on display.
